Grekland – Kasinon skulle kunna utvecklas på Mykonos, Santorini och Kreta

A report, commissioned by Greece’s finance ministry, has advised that casinos could be developed in the tourist regions of Mykonos, Santorini and Crete.
Finansdepartementet bad nyligen Grant Thornton, ett konsultföretag, att analysera den befintliga kasinosektorn och föreslå förslag för att återuppfinna branschen i Grekland, som för närvarande har nio licenstagare.
Mykonos, Santorini and Crete would be ideal hosts for new casinos. The report also suggested that the government should tier taxation and make table games more viable by reducing tax.
The Greek casino market has fallen sharply since the economic recession from €3.18bn in 2008 to €1.57bn in 2015.
